Every order is posted from the UK. Most arrive within 2 to 4 days.

Your tracking link

When your book leaves us we send a dispatch email, and the tracking link is in it. That link is the quickest way to see where your parcel has got to.

Can't see the email? Check your junk and promotions folders first, it often lands there. It goes to the address you used at checkout.

If you created an account when you ordered, sign in and your order and its tracking are listed there.

Still can't find it

Email info@theprintedkitchen.co.uk with the name and postcode on the order and we will send the tracking details straight back. You can also message us on WhatsApp on +44 7476 018777.

If your parcel hasn't arrived

Give it a couple of working days past the window above. Post is occasionally slow, and parcels are sometimes left with a neighbour or in a safe place, so it is worth checking there first. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we will sort it out.
